Student Leadership Program

Ready Set Co-Op’s Student Leadership Program empowers students to take active roles in welcoming new members, building community, and fostering fellowship. With defined roles for Welcome Team Leads, Buddies, and Event Support, this program helps students develop communication, service, and leadership skills while ensuring new members feel connected from day one. Guided by the Membership Director, the program promotes inclusion, hospitality, and student-driven engagement, strengthening the cooperative’s mission and culture.
